HOW TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT

All new customers must open an account before the first hire proceeds. Once you have confirmed that you would like to proceed with a quotation, your PT2 rental contact will email over a link to begin our account application process online. Please note we require full payment upfront for first-time hires.

For all new accounts, we will request the following documents as part of the online account application process:

• Proof of Address
• Two Trade References
• Hired-In Equipment Insurance Covering the Full Value of the Equipment

For Sole Traders / Freelancers, we will also require the following:

• Photo ID

For Student accounts, we will also require the following:

• Photo ID
• Student Letter
• Student ID

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

We require the insurance policy cover letter to state that your company is covered for hired in equipment.

Please ensure that you’ve given your insurance broker permission to speak to Procam Take 2, as our accounts team will need to verify the following information with them:

• Company Name - must match the account application form
• Must state Cover for Hired in Equipment
• The Value of Cover - must be equal to, or exceed the value of the items being hired from us. Please request this information from your contact at PT2.
• Must confirm the Expiry Date of the policy

*Due to new policy regulations we cannot cover clients under Procam Take 2's insurance policy.
