Procam Take 2 is delighted to have supplied the camera and grip equipment to cinematographer Craig Dean Devine for Sneakerhead, a brand-new scripted comedy for award-winning comedy entertainment channel Dave.

Sneakerhead is a hilarious and contemporary workplace sitcom shining a light on young working life in Britain. Set in Peterborough, Russell (Hugo Chegwin) is one of the many long-suffering employees of Sports Depot. He is a certified sneakerhead, working there for the love of the trainers - he certainly isn't there for the money. The sitcom follows the hopeless, underpaid, demotivated but ultimately funny as hell working life of youth, cemented by camaraderie and an ironic sense of flogging massive sports brands when they have no interest in sport.

The series, produced by Roughcut Television, was captured on ARRI Alexa Mini with Kowa Cine Prominar primes and an Angenieux Optimo 15-40 T2.6 zoom provided by PT2's London branch.

Sneakerhead premieres on Dave on Wednesday 13th July 2022 at 10 pm. All episodes will be available to stream on UKTV Play. Watch the trailer below.
