Knebworth 22 is a feature-length film documenting Liam Gallagher's return to Knebworth in June. Across two sell-out nights, Liam played to 170,000 fans, 26 years after his former band played on the same stage in 1996.

Produced by Up The Game, the documentary includes all-new interviews, behind-the-scenes and concert footage captured from 20 camera positions. It highlights stories from collaborators and fans of different generations worldwide, transposing the emotional and social context of the 90s shows versus the tumult of our current era.

Having collaborated on several large-scale live music productions, including the O Come All Ye Ravers Ibiza Classics live stream and Damon Albarn at the Globe, producer Josh Connolly enlisted Procam Take 2 to supply camera equipment, technical crew and PT2's brand new cine OB truck, OB1, to capture the event.

Liam's performance was captured using a combination of ARRI Alexa Minis and ARRI Amiras, Sony FX3s, and two long-lens broadcast camera channels ran through OB1 in a blended workflow. Director Toby L worked alongside DOP Brett Turnbull and Camera Supervisor Nat Hill to build a camera plot, selecting positions that would display Knebworth's enormous scale and showcase the audience's perspective.

For a stunning cinematic look, the ARRIs were paired with a combination of Angenieux Optimo 12x U35 26-320mm zooms, Canon CN7 and CN10s, and a Fujinon Cabrio 14-35mm, which were integrated into the OB workflow using PT2's bespoke cine lens control system.

Procam Take 2 also supplied ARRI Alexa Mini documentary packages for behind-the-scenes and interview filming to match the filmic concert visuals. The film's director, Toby L, wanted to capture fans' raw emotions leading up to the event, illustrating what the experience meant for them.

Producer Josh Connolly said: "Vicky, Dan and the Projects team are our go-to solution for anything multicam. They know exactly how we work and are always solutions-focussed, which for a job like Knebworth was very needed. The shoot was extremely smooth and that's down to the fantastic team that PT2 assembled. OB1 was a pleasure to work in and we look forward to many more."
